• Salad Course – Apple a Day cocktail featuring Midwest Gin, paired with curly endive, apple, spiced walnuts, Blue Jay Juniper blue cheese and fig and tarragon vinaigrette.
• Third Course: Red Fife Wheat whiskey served neat, paired with braised pork shank with red wheat porridge, grilled rapini, cipollini, and apple mustard demi.
• Dessert Course: Madison Avenue Limoncello, paired with blueberry and lemoncello tiramisu.

The Makers of Minnesota Dinner Series is a seasonal event featuring local businesses highlighted in Hansen’s (@StephaniesDish) podcast of the same name available on Apple podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Makers of Minnesota profiles unique products and services made in Minnesota, and conversations with the entrepreneurs and innovators behind them.

45th Parallel is a family-owned and operated craft distillery that opened in 2007 and is based in New Richmond, Wisc., with a second location in Stillwater, Minn. They make world-class spirits using a meticulous process and grains from a seventh–generation farm located just eight miles away in Roberts, Wisc. After those grains arrive, their small team of people oversee every part of the process – milling, fermenting, distilling, barreling, aging and bottling. They are proud to share a spirits portfolio that includes whiskey, vodka, gin, limoncello and more.
