Benny Weinbeck Duo
Since the 1980s, Benny Weinbeck has been performing in venues around the world. He has several albums of original compositions and one of solo piano jazz standards. He has also appeared on Gordon Johnson’s album, “Trios V1. and V3”. (with Steve Gadd on drums) and many others. Catch him at The Williamsburg this month.
Jake Baldwin Trio
Jake Baldwin is a Minneapolis based trumpeter and composer. In 2010, Jake took third prize in the International Trumpet Guild’s Jazz Solo competition and in 2013 he placed 2nd in the National Trumpet Competition’s jazz competition. He tours with Har Mar Superstar.
Omar Abdulkarim started playing trumpet at 14 months. Since then, he’s shared the stage with Roy Hargrove, Redman, Method Man, KRS-ONE, and Talib Kweli, to mention a few. His influences include Fats Navarro, Miles Davis, and Freddie Hubbard. After completing his degree at New York City’s legendary New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music, Omar moved back to Minnesota. He is currently composing new work for his upcoming album.

Zacc Harris Trio
Since moving to Minneapolis in 2005, Zacc Harris has gained a reputation as one of the area’s top guitarists, being named 2017 Twin Cities Best Jazz Artist by the City Pages. He performs in a host of creative projects including Atlantis Quartet, winner of the 2015 McKnight Fellowship and named 2011 Best Jazz Artist, as well as the Zacc Harris Group, American Reverie, and Zacc Harris Trio.
Mary Louise Knutson
Pianist Mary Louise Knutson tours regularly with trumpeter Doc Severinsen, former bandleader for the Tonight Show starring Johnny Carson. Her warm, inviting tone, broad range of emotional expression, and distinctive compositions have brought her much recognition on the national music scene.
